Last updated: 2026-10-27. These terms govern the use of Agent City Studio and its TikTok integration.

1. The service

Agent City Studio is a private tool operated by its owner to prepare and publish the owner's own original videos. It is not offered to the public and has no public accounts.

2. Use of TikTok

The integration connects the owner's own TikTok account using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, community guidelines and developer terms. The service posts only what the owner has approved, only to the connected account, and uses only the visibility options TikTok allows for it.

3. Content

The owner is responsible for the content posted and for having the rights to it. Videos created with AI are labelled as TikTok and the law require. The service does not publish content on its own initiative.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; no automated engagement, fake views or followers; no attempt to bypass TikTok's limits or review.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranty, and may change, pause or stop at any time. The owner may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.

6. Ending the connection

The owner can disconnect TikTok at any time; the access is revoked and the stored tokens are deleted.
